Munster Orthosis. Used when forearm rotation should be limited (e.g. ulnar wrist pain/impairment, TFCC injures, forearm fractures). |

This is a sugar tong spling or Munster splint which eliminates forearm rotation while still allowing elbow flex/ext. Dx may be TFCC tear (peripheral of course), or s/p repair of central. |
